Key Responsibilities of the Room Attendant

In order to achieve these goals, the room attendant must be able to deliver on departmental plans and objectives. This involves collaborating with their immediate report to control costs and inventory, while also ensuring productivity and performance levels are attained.

Effective working relationships are essential in this role, and the room attendant must be able to promote the company culture and values. Additionally, they must ensure adherence to all legislation and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit.

  • Personal integrity with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
  • Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
