Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in managing multiple projects? We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Coordinator to oversee the delivery of MEP packages, from design to end-to-end management.
Key Responsibilities:- Finalize Basic and Detailed Engineering concepts for Mechanical/HVAC/Modular Panel/Utility/Firefighting & other disciplines.
- Review and approve MEP services drawings and documents supplied by consulting firms.
- Ensure Installation/Execution of MEP package services align with GMP, GEP, ISPE, and applicable standards.
- Perform in-depth review of project schedules and estimate costs.
- Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations and perform due diligence on installation trends, materials, quality, reliability, and cost.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Chemical/FMCG Industry.
- Deep understanding of Project MEP services like Mechanical/Piping/HVAC/Clean room/Black & Clean Utility services within pharmaceutical Formulation facilities.
- Good knowledge of Project Management skills, including Project planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Construction management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, Safety Management, and Statutory approvals management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Good English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Prepare drawing and documents required for statutory approvals.
- Conduct weekly project coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and mediate conflicts.
- Participate in resolving technical hurdles during project executions with consultant help.
- Ensure Installation activities move according to predetermined schedules.
- Communicate effectively with contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.
