Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, including coordinating with contractors, managing resources, and identifying potential issues before they become major problems.

You will also be responsible for preparing reports, updating stakeholders on project progress, and ensuring that client safety protocols are followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues before they impact the project.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP works, including HVAC, Electrical, firefighting, FAPA, LV packages, testing, and commissioning.
  • Experience in industrial sector, base build, and Fit-out.
