Our organization seeks a skilled and motivated professional to fill a role that will significantly impact our clients' success. As a Zoho One Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and customizing solutions using key applications within the Zoho ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and strategic goals.
  • Architect and implement robust, integrated solutions using Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Books/Inventory.
  • Develop custom workflows, blueprints, and advanced automation rules.
  • Integrate Zoho applications with each other and with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot complex issues, and create training materials to empower clients' teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in Zoho One ecosystem with hands-on experience in key applications.
  • Strong command of Deluge script and proficiency in writing and deploying custom functions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Front-end knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is an advantage.
