Export Lead Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Export Lead to manage our international trade operations and drive business growth.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG (Food & Beverage) industry with at least 8-10 years of experience in private label food manufacturing industries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing exports from multiple production bases in various countries to international destinations.
  • Developing and implementing export sales strategies to expand the network of distributors and stockists across South Asia and Europe.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with FMCG buyers and suppliers.
  • Managing large export sales portfolios and tracking record of meeting sales targets.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in B2B business and sales orders cycle.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in sales forecast accuracy primary and secondary sales.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience managing market spendings (trade activations) and ROI.
  • Strong financial planning and analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Advanced level in MS and proficiency in reporting systems.
