Dynatrace Integration Professional

This is a challenging role that requires strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement. As an integral part of IT operations, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless integration between applications and platforms.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management, as well as experience with integrating Dynatrace alerts with incident management tooling.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and configure Dynatrace for optimal performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management.
  • Integrate Dynatrace alerts with incident management tooling.
  • Fine-tune alerts and define long-term solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot user issues and perform root cause analysis.

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in similar liaison roles. Your expertise in setting up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk will be valuable assets in this position.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with Dynatrace and Splunk.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python).
