Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall Sales Performance and ensure Sales KPIs are met in addition to revenue targets.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 15-20 years of overall experience and at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a premium automobile dealership. They must demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets, implementing processes, and leading successful teams. Additionally, they must be polished, articulate, and adept at handling high-value clients with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and have a deep understanding of luxury automotive sales, customer experience, and industry trends.
