Investigations and Dispute Resolution Manager

We are seeking an experienced Investigations and Dispute Resolution Manager to join our team. As part of our Investigations and Fact Finding practice within Fraud Investigations and Regulatory Enforcement services, you will have the opportunity to help our clients understand where they might have vulnerabilities and develop solutions to manage the risks involved.

Our team helps businesses detect and investigate fraudulent activities or irregularities within their organisation. You will help investigate issues such as corporate irregularities, whistleblower allegations, asset misappropriation, regulatory violations, patent and copyright infringement, and financial reporting fraud.

The role involves:

  • Conducting detailed quantum analysis for various types of claims, including loss of profits, business interruption, breach of contract, and other financial damages.">
  • Evaluating and quantifying financial impacts, ensuring accurate and reliable calculations.">
  • Performing comprehensive financial analysis, including the assessment of financial statements, economic forecasts, and market trends.">
  • Analyzing economic and financial data to support dispute resolution and expert testimony.">
  • Supporting the preparation and defense of financial claims, working closely with legal teams to develop strategies for claim resolution.">

Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying, as well as professional certification in delay analysis, construction law, or arbitration. Mandatory skills include expertise in report writing and claim management. Preferred skills include expertise in claim management.

The ideal candidate will have 12-18 years of experience in a relevant field, with a strong track record of managing complex investigations and disputes. We prefer candidates with a CA or MBA qualification, while for construction quantum we look for a Bachelors degree in Construction Management, civil engineer, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Professional certification in delay analysis, construction law, or arbitration is preferred.
