Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Assistant General Manager, Corporate Financial Reporting & Audit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading financial reporting, accounting, and statutory compliance across the company's group companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team in corporate financial reporting, finalization of accounts, statutory audit, cost audit, and trust account maintenance.
  • Drive monthly finance closure, consolidation, and reporting of operating and financial performance across business groups.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of quarterly and annual audited financial reports as per Regulation 33 of SEBI(LODR) and Companies Act.
Statutory Compliance/Audits:
  • Ensure payroll accounting, including tax compliance, is properly managed in the system.
  • Manage Retiral Trust and Employee Welfare Trust Account maintenance as per PF Act.
  • Adhere to provisions of Ind AS, CARO, ICFoR, Income Tax Act, GST Act, Customs Act, and Companies Act in financial reporting.
Process Efficiency & Automation:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support automation, legal compliance, financial planning, and analysis.
Business Analytics:
  • Provide analytical insights on business performance through cost sheet and margin analysis.
  • Oversee Investment back-office operation through proper accounting and monitoring fair market value of investments.
Team Management:
  • Set objectives and define development plans for direct reports.
  • Day-to-day supervision of direct report(s) and workloads.
