Financial Leadership Role

The organization is seeking a seasoned financial leader to oversee all financial operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and models
  • Advise senior management on cost optimization, capital allocation, and ROI analysis
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity levels

Accounting & Compliance:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and payroll processes
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (taxation laws)
  • Coordinate internal and external audits

Procurement & Cost Control:

  • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to track material costs and vendor payments
  • Implement cost control measures across supply chain and manufacturing units

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards
  • Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and performance reviews

Qualifications & Skills:

  • CA/MBA in Finance/CMA preferred
  • 5-10 years in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction
  • Budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, Excel, Tally/SAP
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, strong communicator
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
