Job Title: Lead Data ScientistAbout the Role:

You would be part of a data analytics and science team, working on cutting-edge problems. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across risk, business, partnerships, digital, and strategy to create and refine strategies that augment profitability and growth.

  • Experience querying databases using R, Python, SQL, etc., and applying predictive modeling to increase customer experiences and revenue generation.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, data warehouses, and pull data using relevant programs and coding.
  • Apply data science techniques to analyze marketing campaign performance and optimize targeting strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design experiments, measure campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights for audience segmentation and personalization.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
  • Achieve model accuracy by assessing new data sources and developing processes to monitor and analyze model performance.
Requirements:
  • BE/B-Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MBA/PGDBM from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges.
  • Model development experience in Python, R.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing analytics, including campaign performance measurement, customer segmentation, and ROI optimization.
Bonus Skills:
  • Strong understanding of statistics and ability to build relationships across the organization.
  • Results-driven with strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
