Role Overview

Drive customer-centric initiatives, enhance revenue generation, and optimize campaign performance for telecommunications organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Consulting: Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives to become a trusted advisor for strategy, operations, and performance.
  • Design and implement marketing programs/campaigns to boost service penetration and revenue.
  • Analyze business performance, identify gaps, and recommend strategic improvements.

Project Leadership:

  • Lead discrete work streams or modules within large projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage small client teams, driving engagement objectives and delivering results.
  • Oversee the development of deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Conduct KPI diagnostic analysis, product benchmarking, and data analytics to support decision-making.
  • Evaluate campaign performance, offering insights on revenue uplift and segmentation optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on analytical findings.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication of insights, recommendations, and status updates.
  • Support business development activities, including responding to proposals.
  • Foster collaboration between internal teams and client stakeholders for seamless project delivery.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant business experience in consulting or strategy roles. Senior Consultant: 8+ years of experience with a proven track record in large-scale consulting engagements.
Technical Skills
  • Expertise in telecom business, strategy, product & pricing strategies, marketing, and sales-distribution.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis techniques.
  • Project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
