">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in North America. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with potential customers.
">Key Responsibilities
">- ">
- Conduct outbound prospecting to build relationships with potential customers and generate new business meetings">
- Connect with C-level and senior leadership in identified organisations through remote selling methods">
- Identify unique pain points and align them with relevant use-cases to articulate high-level solutions">
- Help build top of the funnel working closely with the sales team (Account Executives)">
- Achieve monthly/quarterly goals and quotas assigned">
- Provide clear reporting to management on activities and pipeline">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- Transformational talent that exhibits attributes of team spirit, efficiency, passion, and self direction">
- Strong understanding of SaaS unit economics">
- 2-5 years of experience in software business development">
- Minimum of 1.5 years of prior outbound business development experience in a B2B SaaS company targeting North America">
- Proven track record of consistently achieving monthly/quarterly targets">
- Demonstrates strong sales acumen and a keen understanding of effective selling strategies">
- Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills">
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills">

Salary
">The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
