Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned technical lead to oversee the development team and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of software solutions, design and implementation skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams.

They will be responsible for leading the development team in implementing software solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, and developing high-quality software code using Agile methodologies.

The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 9-15 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of software and its modules, including Securities, Cash Account and Deposits, Corporate Actions, Payments, Fees & Tax, and EOX
  • Experience with design studio, Gitlab, JBOSS, and SQL
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
