Job Title: Senior Software Strategist

As a seasoned software leader, you will spearhead the development and configuration of software systems, driving end-to-end solutions or specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with diverse teams to ensure client requirements are met, leveraging your expertise in technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance product functionality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of multiple Siemens applications, including Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, and Tecnomatix, which is highly valued.
  • Expected to be an expert with deep knowledge and experience in software development.
  • Must have strong influencing and advisory skills.
  • Responsible for making key decisions that impact the team.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical decision-making processes.
  • Anticipate and provide solutions to complex problems affecting multiple teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior professionals to enhance their technical and soft skills.
Essential Skills:
  • Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices is required.
  • Experience with software configuration management tools is essential.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize software performance is crucial.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques for various software systems is valuable.
