Visual Design Lead

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Designer to join our ranks. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced designer to take their skills to the next level and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing social media creatives, brand identity elements, campaign visuals, and marketing collaterals for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more. You will work closely with our creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure seamless execution and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while keeping communication fresh and engaging.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with:
- Graduate in any stream (design background preferred but not mandatory).
- 2–3 years of experience in a digital/creative/advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, social campaigns, and digital-first design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; knowledge of Figma or similar tools is a plus.
- Good grasp of design principles, typography, and layouts.
- Familiarity with AI design tools will be an added edge.
