Job Title: Visual Design Lead

Role Overview:

We're seeking a seasoned visual design professional to establish and evolve our complete visual language for every touchpoint, from digital interfaces and marketing materials to video content, print collateral, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build design's influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams by creating impactful visuals and driving design conversations
  • Advocate for design in business discussions and ensure the easy answer isn't the right one by pushing back when necessary
  • Establish us as a visual leader in the enterprise AI space by developing and maintaining a consistent visual language system

Design Scope:

Create and Orchestrate: Develop and maintain our complete visual language system across all mediums - digital, UI, video, print, and emerging platforms. Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including pitch decks, website pages, product demos, case studies, and sales enablement content. Ensure brand consistency across every customer touchpoint.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver successful projects. Partner with the Head of Marketing on campaign development and execution.

Mentorship:

Level up junior designers through hands-on work and lead by example in both creative execution and strategic thinking. Foster a culture of design excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of visual design experience with a portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact work
  • Proven track record designing for B2B/enterprise software or technology companies
  • Experience leading design projects from concept to delivery
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems
  • Typography, color theory, and composition expertise
  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
