Job Opportunity: Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  1. The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide top-notch support to customers throughout the onboarding process and loan processing under close supervision. This involves ensuring seamless coordination with various stakeholders to facilitate timely and efficient transactions.
  2. An additional key duty will be logging cases in our system and adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for disbursement and sanction compliance. This requires meticulous record-keeping and adherence to regulatory norms to maintain the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  3. In addition, successful candidates will be responsible for assisting in handling customer requirements and facilitating product cross-selling opportunities. This involves leveraging their knowledge of financial services operations to identify relevant products and services that align with customer needs, thereby driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  4. Furthermore, we require our Customer Service Executives to coordinate effectively with vendors and ensure that all dealings are conducted in accordance with audit and regulatory requirements. This demands a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail in interacting with external partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in any field is mandatory for this role. We value candidates with a strong academic background and a solid foundation in their chosen discipline.
  • Familiarity with the basics of financial services operations is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the principles and practices governing financial transactions and regulations.
  • Strong communication and document verification skills are essential for success in this position. Our Customer Service Executives must be able to articulate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, and verify documentation accurately and efficiently.
