Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in and telephonic sales inquiries related to warehouse stock.
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams for order fulfillment.
  • Generate sales reports and maintain customer databases.

Service Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints and service requests promptly.
  • Coordinate product exchanges, returns, and service calls.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Warehouse Coordination:

  • Liaise with the warehouse team for stock availability and dispatch.
  • Assist in stock audits and maintain updated records of inventory.
  • Ensure proper documentation (e.g., invoices, delivery notes) is managed and filed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹20,812.48 per month
