We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team at Accor. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase hotel exposure.
Job Description- Define and implement marketing and communications plans to promote the hotel's brand and services.
- Work closely with the E-commerce team to ensure seamless communication and execution of marketing actions.
- Represent the hotel in media and other relevant occasions, building strong relationships with local press and media partners.
- Develop and manage all marketing collateral, including press releases, hotel factsheets, advertisements, and publicity materials.
- Maintain long-term relationships with external clients and suppliers.
- Ensure open communication with all levels of employees across various departments.
- Manage information internally and externally with sensitivity and confidentiality.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Communications with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Charisma, presence, and natural authority.
- Open-minded attitude, enquiring mind, cultural adaptability.
- Creative, proactive, and team-spirited.
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Results-driven and excellent writing skills.
