Visual Design Specialist for Sports Content

The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging visual assets for our ad creatives and brand content across various digital platforms. If you are passionate about sports and have a strong sense of design aesthetic that appeals to sports fans, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities- Create visually appealing digital and print assets, including website banners, social media graphics, email templates, browser banners, images, and landing pages to promote affiliate programs and product integrations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audience insights and campaign goals, incorporating these into your designs.
- Deliver graphics packaging for sports news and media content according to content strategy.
- Develop and deliver compelling thumbnails to achieve targets on subscription, views, and engagement.
- Produce Motion Graphics videos as needed, ensuring they effectively communicate messages while captivating our target audience.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- A degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AfterEffects.
- Familiarity with animation tools like Adobe Animate and Cinema 4D is preferred.
- Experience creating digital and print marketing materials, showcasing a portfolio of design skills and marketing understanding.
- Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS coding is preferable but not mandatory.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and ability to design with end-user needs in mind is also desirable.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and ability to create designs that align with affiliate marketing strategies and goals.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design for social media content, graphic novels, or game design.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in Design & Motion Graphics.
- Ability to thrive in high-speed environments and adapt to new formats and ideas.
