As a Group Business Manager at Absolute Sports Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for driving the business agenda and managing the P&L for multiple sports and entertainment websites/sections.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and revenue across various platforms.
  • Work closely with content managers and specialists to grow key performance indicators (KPIs) such as daily/monthly revenue, unique visitors, session time, and revenue per visit.
  • Utilize marketing channels and tactics, including social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising, to optimize the customer journey and improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Benchmark Absolute Sports' content coverage against competition and implement actionable points to provide the best content experience to users while building content authority.
  • Hire, mentor, and grow multiple content teams, continuously tracking business performance and setting it up for growth.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in managing and growing businesses/verticals.
  • Growth mindset, strong business acumen, and analytical skills.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, scaling businesses, and analytics.
  • Energy and passion to create engaging content for sports and entertainment fans.
  • Able to work weekends during peak sports periods.
  • Proactive and open-minded attitude to resolving problems and delivering results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sports industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
