Senior Visual Content Creator for Sports Marketing

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team at Absolute Sports Pvt. Ltd.
About the OpportunityAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing visually engaging ad creatives and brand content for various digital platforms, including Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetic that appeals to sports fans and is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest trends in Design & Motion Graphics.
Key Responsibilities- Create high-quality digital and print assets, such as website banners, social media graphics, email templates, browser banners, images, and landing pages to promote affiliate programs and product integrations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audience insights and goals for each campaign and incorporate these into your designs.
- Deliver graphics packaging for sports news and media content based on content strategy.
- Develop and deliver eye-catching thumbnails to achieve targets on subscription, views, and engagement.
- Create Motion Graphics videos as required, ensuring they convey messages simply yet appeal to our target audience.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure design needs are met and expectations are clear.
- A degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AfterEffects.
- Working knowledge of animation tools like Adobe Animate and Cinema 4D is preferred.
- Experience creating digital and print marketing materials, with a portfolio showcasing design skills and understanding of marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS coding is preferable but not mandatory.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and the ability to design with the end-user in mind is also preferable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and the ability to create designs that align with affiliate marketing strategies and goals.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design for social media content, graphic novels, or game design.
- Someone passionate about the latest trends in Design & Motion Graphics.
- Candidates who operate best in high-speed environments.
- Ability to break molds and formats of one's previous work.
We offer a competitive salary of around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic and global sports content platform.
Located remotely, this role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work from anywhere while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
