We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Consultant Specialist. This position requires extensive experience in Cobol, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, REXX, and SELCOPY.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate different projects and provide inputs to stakeholders.
  • Allocate work to team members and ensure resource utilization.
  • Participate in design and technical reviews and provide inputs.
  • Review deliverables and ensure quality of the product.
  • Initiate process and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members and help them grow professionally.
  • Manage business and other stakeholder relationships.

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience of 8-12 years in Cobol, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, REXX, and SELCOPY.
  • Knowledge of Rdz and its functions.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven experience in managing a team.
  • Self-motivated and quick learner.
