Telecaller Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to manage inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and support the sales team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain updated client databases and follow up on leads
  • Handle outbound and inbound calls with excellent phone etiquette
  • Set appointments and coordinate communication between clients and architects/designers

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, be able to handle multiple phone calls, and possess experience in customer service and maintaining client relationships. Proficiency in CRM software is essential. A basic knowledge of architecture and interior design is advantageous.
