Job Title: Lead-to-Cash Specialist

This position involves analyzing business requirements related to the Lead-to-Cash process, translating them into configuration and documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for end-to-end process alignment.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Lead-to-Cash process lifecycle, strong expertise in SAP L2C, and integration with FIN module. They should also possess excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business requirements related to the Lead-to-Cash process
  • Translate business requirements into configuration and correspondent documentation
  • Design and configure SAP solutions across Lead-to-Cash
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end process alignment
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations
  • Stay updated on SAP innovations and recommend enhancements to improve business outcomes
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices for project and portfolio management
  • Creates Test Scripts, conducts system testing, validates the results and ensure that the documentation reflects the correct status

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proactive and can-do attitude
  • Strong expertise in SAP L2C and integration with FIN module
  • Deep understanding of the Lead-to-Cash process lifecycle
  • Proven track record in SAP implementation or transformation projects
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in agile and cross-functional environments
  • Ideal prior experience with Cloud ALM and sufficient S4 Private Cloud experience
