Senior Financial Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned financial management professional to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM and a deep understanding of the financial consolidation and close process, including multi-currency, intercompany eliminations, and complex reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and configure Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and close processes.
- Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the FCCS platform.
- Configure and manage financial close workflows, ensuring efficient and accurate financial consolidations.
- Design and implement data integration strategies between Oracle FCCS and other ERP/financial systems.
- Provide expertise in intercompany eliminations, FX revaluation, and consolidation adjustments.
- Develop and configure financial reporting solutions using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Narrative Reporting.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimizing the system for performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution and user adoption.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the Oracle EPM platform.
