Job Summary

A seasoned financial professional is required to handle key aspects of a company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and organizational prowess.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Generate daily MIS, monthly MIS, monthly financial statements, and report as needed to management.
  • Financial Statements: Prepare financial statements and support annual audits for Indian and foreign companies.
  • Tax Compliance: Conduct tax audits/ITR preparations for Indian and foreign companies, ensuring timely tax filings.
  • Transfer Pricing: Ensure transfer pricing compliance for Indian and foreign companies.
  • Compliance: Assist in completing all regulatory compliances in respective jurisdictions.
  • Audits: Handle statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, etc.
  • Closing Transactions: Perform month-end close transactions and reconcile FI and CO reports after month-end close.
  • Budgeting: Develop annual budgets, including capital budgeting.
  • Communication: Possess excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and consultants at international locations.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Familiarity with regulatory reporting, accounting operations, and tax accounting.
  • Financial Statements: Prepare standalone financials and consolidated financials according to Ind AS/IGAAP/IFRS/US GAAP.
  • Liaisoning: Liaise with consultants, regulators, and merchant bankers.
  • Historical Restated Financial Statements: Prepare historical restated financial statements for regulatory filings.
  • Knowledge of Laws: Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and applicable laws.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and drafting skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational and time management skills, high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, excellent English conversation and written skills, presentation, communication, negotiation, influencing skills.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling financial statements, tax audits, and regulatory reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification or equivalent qualification.
