Business Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support our organization excellence projects. As a multifaceted role, you will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of business transformation, including business analysis, consulting, offshoring, project management, and process design/re-engineering.

The ideal candidate will lead or support projects with key responsibilities including:

  • Consulting
    • Assessing business problems and evaluating opportunities for improvement through meetings with clients.
    • Formulating recommendations for business structural changes, efficiency improvements, profit enhancements, and performance optimization.
  • Project Management
    • Leading consulting, business transformation, and strategic projects/initiatives using project/programme management skills.
    • Ensuring effective, value-added, and sustainable solutions by completing all project/programme assignments and taking accountability for timelines and deliverables.
  • Process Improvement & Business Analysis
    • Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement and applying OPEX/Lean methodology/tools to implement solutions.
    • Working closely with the business to gather and analyze requirements, documenting processes, procedures, requirements, and solutions for superior reporting and knowledge capture.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Building good working relationships with customers and acting as the first point of contact for engagements.
    • Participating in customer relationship meetings and proactively addressing risks/issues.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Providing guidance and mentorship to Associate Business Consultants and Business Consultants.
    • Encouraging ownership of performance and development among team members.
    • Serving as an escalation point/back-up in the absence of Manager Business Consulting.
