Process Excellence Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Process Excellence Consultant to augment our capability in deploying Continuous Improvement methodologies across industry domains.

  1. About the Role:
  2. Pursue process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and experience for our customers.
  3. Key Responsibilities:
  4. Deploy Process Improvement frameworks for engagements.
  5. Conduct training sessions on Continuous Improvement at engagement level.
  6. Drive Bottom-up and Top-down opportunity identification workshops for creation of pipeline of opportunities.
  7. Identify improvement opportunities through process, operations, business data analysis.
  8. Mentor Process Improvement projects to enable operations resources to implement improvements.
  9. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders for tollgate reviews and sign-offs.
  10. Coordinate with lead developer for automation opportunity identification and project execution.
  11. Govern the validation and sign-off of project closures.
  12. Create awareness of process excellence initiatives and socialize success stories.
  13. Present process improvement case studies to clients.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Improvement methodologies like Six Sigma & LEAN.
  • Process Excellence culture building skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Education Qualification: Any full-time graduation. Experience Required: At least 5 years of experience in driving Process Improvement projects/initiatives. Work Location: Hinjewadi, Pune (work from office).
