Project Management Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate resources and manage projects in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage software/application development projects with hands-on experience in software development and a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
  • Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment of business goals with technical requirements.
  • Assess the resources needed for software development, ensuring their optimal utilization.
  • Estimate the effort required to complete the project and guide teams technically in overcoming obstacles or roadblocks.
  • Ensure risks are managed effectively and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Utilize project management tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, and others to track progress and assign tasks.
  • Manage contracts and ensure vendors and suppliers meet expected deliverables.
  • Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuously monitor progress and make adjustments to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of project management and related experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Agile certification is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
