Process Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization in the role of Process Associate. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in accounts receivable (AR) and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Make calls to insurance companies for claims status.
  • Handle medical health insurance claims, including paid/unpaid and denials.
  • Manage patient billing queries and update account information.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned work orders on a daily basis.

Requirements
  • 6 months experience in AR.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Sincere, result-oriented, and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
