Healthcare Insurance Claims Handler

As a healthcare insurance claims handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of medical health insurance claims. Your responsibilities will include making calls to insurance companies for claims status, handling paid/unpaid and denied claims, as well as patients billing queries and updating their account information.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing your assigned work order on a daily basis. To be successful in this position, you must have a minimum of 6 months experience in accounts receivable (AR). You should also possess excellent communication skills, be sincere, result-oriented, and have a positive attitude. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office is required.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to effectively communicate with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential in managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines. You will also need to be able to maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and manually.
