Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Architect

A skilled and experienced engineer is required to ensure the stability of our infrastructure. This role involves providing technical support and engineering expertise, preferably in AI/ML environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across global locations.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps tools.
  • Maintaining and optimizing GenAI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, PaLM2, Llama2) and frameworks (e.g., RAG, Agents, COT).
  • Designing and implementing databases using SQL/Sybase/Mongo DB and data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Developing and maintaining scripts and automation tools using Python, Shell scripting, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Monitoring and analyzing system performance using Splunk, AppDynamics, Autosys, Grafana/Loki/Prometheus.
  • Implementing ITIL application support management processes and managing incidents/problems/services/Jira.
  • Working with containerization technologies like Docker, Loki and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (preferably EKS or OpenShift).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) models.
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3.5 Turbo, GPT-4.0, and GPT-4-O.
  • Experience with OpenAI technologies and managing GenAI services in cloud environments.
  • Understanding of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with application monitoring solutions like Dynatrace and Splunk.
