Senior Financial Reporting Specialist

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex change projects in financial reporting, with a strong understanding of financial products and their impact on regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage implementation engagements with leading banks, financial institutions and insurance companies to automate regulatory and risk reporting processes.
- Play a key role in project planning for system implementation, including developing detailed plans, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies, stakeholder coordination.
- Explain and lead client conversation on the features of the product and how business requirements are met.
- Design and develop solutions covering data management, computations and end-state reporting outputs.
- Proactive approach to process improvement and query resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, product management or financial services.
- Chartered Accountant or MBA degree.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Experience with MS Excel.
