About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned People & Culture professional to join our team and drive the development of our people function.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR generalist with a proven track record in talent acquisition, employer branding, and HR operations.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (Primary Focus)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end hiring across business, R&D, and operations roles with speed and quality.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through direct sourcing, networks, and partnerships.
  • Design and implement structured hiring processes, assessment frameworks, and strong candidate experience.
  • Partner with founders and BU heads to close senior/critical roles within aggressive timelines.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive employer brand strategy to attract top talent in the chemicals and manufacturing sectors.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of HR experience, ideally in a startup or growth-stage company.
  • Proven success in high-volume and leadership hiring.
  • Strong foundation as an HR generalist, with recruitment as a core strength.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or chemicals sectors is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, set up processes from scratch, and scale them.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high empathy, and a business-first mindset.
HR Operations & Compliance

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Set up performance management and review cycles.
Culture & Engagement

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of our company culture from the ground up.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador across teams to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
