About this role:
We are seeking a seasoned People & Culture professional to join our team and drive the development of our people function.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR generalist with a proven track record in talent acquisition, employer branding, and HR operations.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (Primary Focus)Main Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end hiring across business, R&D, and operations roles with speed and quality.
- Build a strong talent pipeline through direct sourcing, networks, and partnerships.
- Design and implement structured hiring processes, assessment frameworks, and strong candidate experience.
- Partner with founders and BU heads to close senior/critical roles within aggressive timelines.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive employer brand strategy to attract top talent in the chemicals and manufacturing sectors.
Candidate Requirements:
- 5–8 years of HR experience, ideally in a startup or growth-stage company.
- Proven success in high-volume and leadership hiring.
- Strong foundation as an HR generalist, with recruitment as a core strength.
- Experience in the manufacturing or chemicals sectors is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, set up processes from scratch, and scale them.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high empathy, and a business-first mindset.

- Establish effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Set up performance management and review cycles.
