We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team.

">Job Responsibilities">
  • Owns the working backwards document and vision for feature releases ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Identifies gaps and charters new platform capabilities as required, leveraging research, user studies, metrics, and competitive analysis to understand the platform and business needs.
  • Makes use of data-driven decision-making to compare features for competitive review and inform prioritization within a product release.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify innovations or perform test and learn experiments to create features that add more business and customer value.
  • Participates in customer research to inform feature needs and contributes input to the product portfolio and roadmap.
  • Makes trade-off decisions on product features, balancing priorities against new feature requests and using runtime metrics as a feedback loop.
  • Exhibits expertise within the product feature area and coordinates with interdependent teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Digests business and customer requirements, has visibility into the design of the user experience, and determines release goals for the platform.
  • Continuously monitors feature development at the feature level, reviews product demos against acceptance criteria, and prepares launches for successful outcomes.
  • Monitors platform performances, adoption, and operational health, identifies issues, and communicates findings to leadership.
  • Supports post-launch reviews, ensures feedback is reincorporated, and works with internal teams to identify and prioritize feature-level customer issues.
  • Develops and implements new metrics, escalates findings to senior management, and coordinates internal forums to collect and identify feature-level development opportunities.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Takes time to fully learn system functionality, architecture, dependencies, and runtime properties.
  • Understands and can explain business context and associated customer use cases.
  • Proficient at grooming user stories, setting entrance/exit criteria, and prioritizing a product backlog.
  • Understands technologies supporting the product and able to hold own in debates with other PM-Ts, TPMs, SDEs, and SPMs.
  • Recognizes discordant views and takes part in constructive dialog to resolve them.
  • Verbal and written communication is clear and concise.
  • Improves team processes that accelerate delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve quality.
