We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Vendor Ledger Reconciliation, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA in Finance or possess a Finance graduate degree.

As a Chief Accounting Operations Specialist at WiseRoute Financial Advisory Private Limited, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of accounts payable records. Your expertise in Vendor Ledger Reconciliation, along with your knowledge of accounting compliances such as TDS, GST, and other relevant standards, will be essential in maintaining our financial integrity.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of utilizing proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency. Additionally, they will exhibit strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of vendor ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process debit notes and credit notes, understanding their impact on financial statements and making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.
  • Develop and implement efficient accounting processes, leveraging technology to automate tasks and enhance productivity.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions, driving strategic growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Vendor Ledger Reconciliation or Accounts Payable, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sector.
  • MBA in Finance or a Finance graduate degree is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Salary: ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month
