ANSR Global Corporation is a growth-phase company seeking an ambitious individual to fill the role of Chief Financial Operations Officer.

Job Description

The Chief Financial Operations Officer will be responsible for managing accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, procurement, and finance infrastructure. This high-impact role requires a thorough understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as excellent leadership skills to manage a team of 10-15 individuals.

  • Manage Accounting Operations: Oversee the entire accounting process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Prepare Financial Statements: Prepare and publish monthly financial statements and reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Establish KPIs and SLAs: Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of accounting operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee Fixed Assets: Manage the fixed assets process, including review of financial accounting records (FAR), monthly depreciation runs, physical verification, and accurate reporting in financial statements.
  • Coordinate Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by coordinating the preparation of necessary reports.
  • Run Payroll Process: Oversee the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Research Technical Issues: Stay up-to-date with technical accounting issues and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support Month-End and Year-End Close: Assist in the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Maintain quality control over financial transactions and reporting, ensuring zero non-compliances on regulatory matters.
  • Understand Special Economic Zone Compliance: Oversee the company's compliance with Special Economic Zone requirements.
Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Finance Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of combined accounting and finance experience.
  • Chartered Accountant: Chartered accountant certification or equivalent qualification.
  • Accounting Principles: Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Financial Statement Creation: Experience in creating financial statements and reports.
  • General Ledger Functions: Familiarity with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
  • Accounting Software: Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
