Job Overview

  • We seek a skilled Client Relationship Manager with proven experience in sales and account management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Understand client business objectives and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end client servicing including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Support new business development by participating in pitches and proposal creation.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising agency.
  • Must have hands-on sales/business development experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning.
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
