Job Title:

A key objective of this role is to oversee the entire commercial construction project lifecycle from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors to manage on-site activities and resolve field-related problems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation using relevant software systems.
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to project coordination, including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, and closeout packages.
  • Prepare cost estimates, bid packages, and tender submissions for commercial projects.
  • Manage purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring efficient procurement processes.
  • Track and process subcontractor invoices and prepare project billing and progress claims.
  • Implement effective budget management practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Represent the organization at project meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors through proactive communication and collaboration.
  • Address project challenges and conflicts promptly to avoid delays and maintain project momentum.
