
Compensation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to develop and implement a comprehensive compensation program that attracts, retains and motivates top talent for our India operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits in India, as well as experience in developing and implementing compensation strategies in India and the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation policies and procedures that are competitive and compliant with local laws and regulations.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure pay ranges are aligned with market rates.
- Develop job architecture and grading structures for new and existing positions.
- Manage the performance and delivery of the compensation team.
- Lead and manage the annual performance management cycle.
- Develop short-term and long-term incentive programs.
- Create best-in-class benefits portfolios.
- Work closely with HR and Finance to ensure accurate administration of payroll, benefits, and equity programs.
- Develop and deliver compensation training for managers and employees.
- Develop employee communication strategies to ensure employees understand and appreciate their total compensation package.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, finance, or related field; MBA or master's degree preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in India and the US.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret and analyze data and make recommendations based on data insights.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance and Legal.
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and consultants.
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to manage and motivate a team.
