Job Overview

**Senior Quality Assurance Engineer**

This role involves ensuring smooth functioning and optimal user experiences across our platforms and products. You'll comprehensively evaluate user journeys and tear down applications to guarantee quality assessment and approval before launch.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in software testing and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under deadlines with heavy workloads.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with product, business, and engineering teams to implement features meeting customer requirements.
  • Design, review, and contribute to test plans, cases, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
  • Develop and manage standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan test schedules, strategies, and project scope or delivery dates.
  • Reporting, follow-up, bug tracking, and risk management.
  • Ensure all reporting is concise yet includes necessary details for replication and timely resolution.
  • Continuously improve existing products to make them more reliable.
  • Stay updated on the latest testing techniques, strategies, and tools.
  • Prevent unnoticed bugs from reaching production.
  • Be customer-centric and assist with resolving customer-related issues.
Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing for web and mobile applications, API testing through Postman.
  • Good experience working in Agile teams.
  • Experience working and testing NoSQL DBs like MongoDB.
  • Innovative, creative, proactive, self-motivated, high energy traits with excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines with heavy workloads.
