As part of our team, you will drive innovation in cloud and hybrid solutions designed to accelerate time-to-value across network planning, engineering, and operations.

  • Validating strategy with stakeholders
  • Implementing test strategy while leading teams
  • Assisting project risk analysis, testing scope, and scheduling
  • Identifying level of test coverage required and weak areas
  • Liaising with Project Leads on schedule impact, test coverage, etc.
  • Establishing testing practices and department organization
  • Ensuring group is running at optimal capacity and efficiency
  • Prioritizing resources to multiple projects
  • Responsible for leading tools development for Engineering Efficiency and Infrastructure
  • Working with product management, engineering, and sales to determine customer use cases for our solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with build-to-test automation and continuous integration
  • Automated testing and test-driven development
  • Excellent Python programming skills with Pytest
  • Agile/Lean software development methodologies
  • Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following domains:
  • Unix, Linux, or RTOS working experience
  • Strong SQL and database management experience
  • Linux system configuration and Network Functions Virtualization experience
  • Good knowledge of Open protocol standards like Diameter and/or REST interfaces
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous problems
  • Good testing acumen and attention to detail
  • Motivated, positive attitude, team player, self-motivated
  • Ability to articulate technical test challenges into automated test solutions
  • Passion to make internet infrastructure faster and reliable
