This position will be part of our Trust & Safety team, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Bus, Data Science, Product, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Detecting and preventing online fraud using data analytics techniques.
  • Identifying new patterns of abuse and developing strategies to mitigate risk.
  • Working with Business and Product teams to implement process/system/policy fixes that balance cost and customer experience.
  • Defining key financial and operational metrics to enable real-time detection of fraud/abuse.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, preferably risk analytics for app-based products.
  • Strong analytical thought process and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL/HQL/Hive and working knowledge of database tools.
  • Experience in one or more: Python, Spark, R, Scala.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and KPI measurement.
