Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage projects within our organization.

  • The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning sessions.
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources.
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
  • 8-11 years of project management experience is necessary.
  • Proficiency in German is essential.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies is vital.
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects is essential.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are needed.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is crucial.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management software tools is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are valuable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is advantageous.
