Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining office systems, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role:
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
  • Prepare payroll, control correspondence, design filing systems, review and supply requisitions, and assign and monitor clerical functions.
  • Provide historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
  • Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintain office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

  • You have excellent organizational skills and experience in maintaining office systems.
  • You possess strong leadership skills and can effectively supervise staff.
  • You are highly detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can effectively interact with management and staff.
  • You are proactive and able to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
