Spinning Mill Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spinning Mill Manager to join our team.

About This Role

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the spinning mill, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and coordinating with other departments.

  • You will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • The position also involves generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
