Senior Operations Associate Job Description

The role of Senior Operations Associate is crucial in ensuring seamless order fulfillment, inventory management, and dispatch coordination across various channels.

This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels, ensure timely order punching, and maintain efficient fulfillment processes.
  • Coordinate dispatches, logistics, and vendor relations to guarantee on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee packaging quality, returns, and warehouse organization to maintain a smooth operational environment.
  • Maintain reports using Excel and track operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics/e-commerce operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English with the ability to multitask and possess a progressive mindset.
