Job Title: Logistics Integration Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled logistics integration specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for integrating and configuring Transport Management Software (TMS) with other systems.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on building and maintaining integrations between TMS and other platforms, ensuring data flows reliably. You will also set up carrier accounts, service levels, and related options to ensure rates, labels, and shipments behave as intended.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • API Integration: Assist in building and maintaining integrations between TMS and other platforms, such as ERP/OMS/WMS, ensuring data flows reliably.
  • Carrier Configuration: Set up carrier accounts, service levels, and related options to ensure rates, labels, and shipments behave as intended.
  • Warehouse & Locations: Configure warehouse locations and related settings to match routing and fulfillment practices.
  • Shipping Policies: Implement business rules for service selection, packaging, SLAs, returns, and special handling where applicable.
  • Logistics Frameworks: Apply correct HS Codes, Dangerous Goods designations, and inventory segmentation in day-to-day configuration.
What We're Looking For:
  • Hands-on Experience: Practical experience with a TMS (e.g., ShipHawk, ShipStation, or an equivalent).
  • API Integration Expertise: Real-world experience integrating systems via APIs.
  • Configuration Skills: Ability to configure carriers, warehouse locations, and shipping policies.
  • Logistics Knowledge: Working knowledge of HS Codes, Dangerous Goods, and inventory segmentation.
